No crutches here... 10-15-12

This week we started off with dinner on Monday with a less active family and they had the cutest grand kids, I love those kids. We dropped one of our investigators for a couple of weeks so that he can exercise his faith and learn and grow in the gospel without us as a crutch. We did service for this Former investigator this week and set up a lesson for this Tuesday to go back and teach her. We are excited about that, she is Buddhist and believes in re carnation and crazy things like that, so we will see how it goes. We also had 2 lessons with our investigator named Dusty this week and on Friday HE PRAYED HE PRAYED OUT LOUD:) It was the most amazing prayed I have ever heard ever. It has taken us 9 weeks of inviting to get him to pray our loud. I thought i was going to cry during the prayed, but i held it together and did not. mostly because i did not want to explain why i was crying during his prayed. LOL Thursday we went to one of the wards young women s night and we shared with them how we decided we were going on a mission and what has been our experience so far. then they asked us questions about anything and everything. It was really neat and opened the idea up so some that would not have thought about it. Friday we had interview and I learned alot about my companion President shared with me some things that really helped me to learn how I could help her more. I love S. Culler so much, she is a great missionary. Saturday was a busy day just doing missionary things. LOL Sunday we were back to our normal 7 hours of church on Sunday, and can I say I really missed it :) I know crazy. After Church we went and helped a less-active put an alternator in his 68 ford pickup truck and we were actually helpful. I must say that who would have thought that the study habits from reading and studying the scriptures would help you with a 68 ford truck manual and being able to help connect the alternator. Anyway, we had a great week and learned lots. Love you all
